Though beautiful and full of appetizing delights, this earth’s enjoyments are none other than a drop of rain in the ocean.
To glimpse the glory of my King, daily change into His image and likeness, and to one day behold His face compared to having multiple affairs with the insatiable, but fugacious pleasures of this world, is matchless.
Predestined is the unending and vast love of the Father Almighty. His unconditional love has gripped my heart like the talons of an eagle locked onto its prey. Too deep is His love for me, an intercourse that far exceeds vain affections, glowworms in the sun.
O King, how my heart longs for the ineffable eternity—with you—that awaits me.
